By accessing or using the StampManage Identifier mobile application ("App"), a product of Liberty Street Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Liberty Street Software (sole proprietorship of Paul Douglas Dembowski), 409-1477 Mississauga Valley Blvd. Mississauga, ON. The StampManage Identifier App is designed to help stamp collectors identify, catalog, and manage their stamp collections. The App uses AI image recognition to identify stamps and provides access to catalog information, values, and collection management tools.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You are solely responsible for all content you create, transmit, or display through the App. You agree not to use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Liberty Street Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Liberty Street Software makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Stamp catalog values and identification results are provided for reference purposes only and may not reflect current market conditions.
In no event shall Liberty Street Software, nor its director, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
